This is Agent Under Fire: Reloaded, a mod by aleckermit. It makes the multiplayer more competitive and makes the campaign much harder. Some of the changes include:
Increased movement speed
Optional Bullet Tracers
Better bond move sound effect
This mod is mostly aimed toward competitive multiplayer. The biggest difference between the original game and this mod is that the mod removes all body armor in the multiplayer. This is a huge change to the multiplayer and it means that every shot counts. I will provide a link to the mod as soon as it's available to the public.
