One of the non-specific immune responses is phagocytosis, where phagocytes (neutrophils and macrophages) engulf pathogens and digest them. Macrophages are a bit more complicated as they put the antigens on their cell surface to alert other cells of the attack, linking into the specific immune responses. In this video we'll go through this process and highlight the key words to use. We will also briefly explain some key chemicals that are involved.
