We are back at Wakehurst Parkrun for two things! Firstly to enjoy a nice autumnal run with plenty of colour, and secondly to beat my personal course record! Last time I was hear it was one of the hotter days of the year, so hopefully a change in season will bring in a change of personal best? Tune in to find out!
