KNOU Explained｜Korea National Open University｜Motion Graphics

Korea National Open University(KNOU) was established in 1972 as the first open university affiliated with Seoul National University, and has been the cradle of lifelong learning in Korea. KNOU, open to all who have a will and passion for learning, has not only expanded the opportunities for higher education, but also realized a lifelong society and increased education level of citizens. It was all thanks to affordable tuition and an excellent education system. KNOU has grown into Mega University, which has about 720,000 alumni and 100,000 enrolled students until now. Also, it has contributed to cultivating human resources as shown that it is ranked 4th in National Oustanding People DB, 6th in producing senior public officials, and 1st in turning out heads of the basic local governments.
