We at Gro Garden do not offer a build your own option, as we believe most first time polytunnel purchases have little or no idea what is required to build a efficient and successful growing unit. So we provide an all in one kit to get you up and growing quickly.

So what do you get in each kit:
1.A baserail and battens on all four sides, as we believe nobody wants to dig a forty foot trench 12” deep and 12” wide just to secure the polythene.
2.The mainframe hoops are in two slot together sections for extra strength, and are made from 32mm O.D. steel tube, 1.5mm wall thickness Z35 and galvanised for an extra long life. Most of the other polytunnel manufactures only supply 25mm O.D. hoops. Overall Height 7ft 4", Door width 31"
3.There are two full length horizontal tubes, these are used as crop bars, but are also an integral part of the polytunnel, adding extra strength to the main framework of the structure. Being made from 25mm O.D. galvanised steel tube they are ideal for supporting tomatoes, cucumbers, beans hanging baskets etc. A first for Gro Garden Products
4.We have also incorporated two intermediate support bars, these replace the standard diagonal end stabiliser bars which only had one purpose. Our intermediate supports bars have multiple functions apart from adding extra strength to the main structure they are also used to support our New Concept Potting Bench, our New Concept Polytunnel Irrigation System and the side ventilation curtain system. All support bars are made from 25mm O.D. galvanised steel tube.
5.Also included at the entrance end is a two part 2ft 7" wide stable type door, this allows you to ventilate your polytunnel on those hot sunny days. Reducing scorching and the chance of mildew and cold drafts at ground level and also eliminates fouling by domestic pets and rabbit damage. A first for the New Concept Airflow Range.
6.At the farthest end of the tunnel we have incorporated two friction controlled swivel windows that allow a 100% uninterrupted flow of air from end to end of the tunnel, most importantly it allows bees and insects to enter and pollinate your crops growing within which will increase the crop yield dramatically, yet another first for the New Concept Airflow Range.
7.Our new innovative doors are far superior to the sliding doors and mesh & polythene type doors.
8.All the main structure (baserail, doorframes & windows) timber is 50mm x 50mm nominal thickness, battens are 40mm x 19mm all to a selected quality and tanalised for an extra long life, all the timber is from sustainable resources.
9.All the fittings supplied, Nails, bolts, hinges, tube clamps etc are all galvanised to prevent corrosion.
10.The polythene covers supplied are 720Gauge Visqueen, British made and covered by a 5 year warranty against U.V. degradation. Anti hot-spot tape is also included.
11.All Polytunnels come with special extra strong baserail fittings and securing bars that just drop into the concrete dollies which we recommend for securing the polytunnel to the ground. Also included are cover tensioning collars on each hoop.
12.All deliveries of Gro Garden products are made by accredited national carriers, which deliver within 3 working days of despatch.
13.All tunnels come with easy to understand instructions for each size of tunnel.

The square ground fixing plates are supplied separate at a extra cost. These are required if you are fixing directly into the soil.
