Our Friend & Subscriber, @Nate Greene pointed me to the company who offer’s the replacement Diaphragm’s for US$ 10.50 each.
They do not have an online store, but they say you can email them to purchase those. They are also the manufacture of those.

Please remember, in order for those diaphragms to work, your actuator body needs to be in good shape. Sometimes they are so dried out that the latches break as soon as you are trying to open them. I have had that happen in my 87 560 back in 2004 when the car was 17 years old and had 82K miles.
