Explore the eerie, abandoned ruins of Mammoth, Utah: A Tintic Mining District ghost town that has never fully died. Drone footage captures the massive Glory Hole, a dramatic subsidence pit formed by underground collapses in the Mammoth Mine, exposing a once rich ore body from decades of silver and gold extraction.
Neighboring the Glory Hole is the isolated hoist house that still remains in a state of profound silence. Today, only a handful of residents remain in Mammoth, creating an unsettling atmosphere of low visibility and ambient awareness in a holding pattern of unfinished history.
