Edit: According to a recently retired Gibson Employee
That ticket you found in Johnny Edward's guitar come from neck fit. The white ticket has the date of neck fit ,model ,serial number and paint code in the case of prototypes and one offs we use a dummy SKU. The Orange tag means prototypes or special run and are hung using the rubber band around the neck. When they get to finishing they are rolled up and inserted into the jack hole. When it get to final that's how they identify them."
