The Whitetail Skateboards Fox: The perfect hybrid of Skateboard and Surfskate?

For the past 2 months I've been riding the yet-to-be released Whitetail Fox surfskate / skateboard deck, a new creation by Whitetail Skateboards. I've been very happy with the current options from Whitetail, namely the 34"x9.75" Whaleshark and the 32"x9" Feral Cat for most of my surfskate needs, so I wasn't sure where this new mini deck would fit into the picture, or whether I'd have the urge to ride it over my more familiar favorites.

But riding is believing, and I committed to being the test guinea pig. I think the video speaks for itself on how it went. A few technical details: The wheel base options are from 14" to 19" in half inch increments. The deck is 8.5" width, and 31.5" in length and has heavy concave. I used mine with a 15" wheelbase and Carver C5 trucks ( ‎⁨@surfyourskate⁩  ).

Now that being said, if I hated it, I probably would have given my feedback directly to the owner rather than making a video trashing it.
