pick: Gene Simmons on Bass

This song is probably my favorite KISS Song. Kiss has so many good ones, but I love this one in particular. Peter doesn't have a lot of songs, but they're all so good. I had quite a time tabbing this one because it felt more like a puzzle to be figured out. There were a couple tricky spots because of tuning and what seems to be a lazy approach to recording the bass on this one (compared to normal), but I still love it. I'm also really happy that two people had specifically requested for me to do this song as well. I have plenty of people asking for more KISS (more than I showed in the beginning), but I don't think I should extend the video longer to show you all those requests of people asking for more KISS. The point has been made :)

measure 40 - track was comped so crossfade of bass tracks. pick what sounds best to play
39 - Gene messes up with the 8-9, though I'm still playing it
Also, It seems like Gene didn't take much effort/care into recording this one. I'd almost say it wasn't Gene playing, but the track listing cites Gene. My initial guess was that it was Paul. In the outro, there's a flub as well, but it's pronounced enough I tabbed it in.
A couple spots that are ususually 8-9 were done as 9-10
You can also tell in 96, it was comped together :(
Most of this you'd never notice unless picking apart the bass track like I am

This is really the only live version by any member of KISS I've seen. It's obviously very different and not faithful to the original but still cool
