In 100% speedruns you have to get to the end of the demo as soon as possible without getting a single inspection wrong, and buy all the defense upgrades from the 'UPGRADE' tab.
I was able to get every inspection right instantly because every survivor is scripted to be either normal or infected, only the symptoms are randomized, and I made a list of all the survivors.
I've made 100% include only the defense upgrades, because you can't afford all the base upgrades in the demo yet.
