Aaaand here ends a career that lasted for 21 years on the St.George’s Channel. The MS Stena Europe, now over 40 years old, is leaving the route from Fishguard to Rosslare in the capable hands of the Stena Nordica, still a good 20 years younger!! The ship will go to Falmouth for a refurb before cruising around Gibraltar. A nice retirement for any boat. The camera people would like to apologise for the wind and what’s left of July’s budget will go towards a wind reducer.
