Neckarsteinach, Germany Walking Tour 2023 4K - Swallow Nest Castle, Ruine Hinterburg & Neckar River

Today, we will take a walking tour of the historic German town of Neckarsteinach. The town is located on the banks of the Neckar River, which flows into the Rhine River. Neckarsteinach was first mentioned in the 12th century. We will begin our journey along the banks of the Neckar River, passing through the town and ascending to Vorderburg Castle. From there, we will continue to the ruins of Hinterburg Castle and end our walking tour near Schadeck Castle, also known as Swallow Nest Castle.
