StarCraft Remastered Gameplay - Rebel Yell Campaign Mission 10: The Hammer Falls

Leaving Sarah Kerrigan to die on Tarsonis was the last straw for Jim Raynor. He has had enough of Arcturus Mengsk's betrayals and broken promises, and realized he is no better leader than the Confederates they were fighting against. Mengsk didn't seem to notice Raynor's anger at first, but once the latter manifested it and remarked what the former did to Kerrigan, he threatened Raynor to rebel against him at his own risk. Meanwhile, General Duke activated Tarsonis' strongest planetary defense, the Ion Cannon. If Jim Raynor and the Former Colonial Militia, led by the Former Magistrate of Mar Sara, were to part ways from the Sons of Korhal, the Ion Cannon must be destroyed. Otherwise, their fleet would be obliterated by the weapon.

I don't know how many former colonies joined Raynor, other than Mar Sara. I'd like to think that the Antiga colonist joined him too, after Mengsk used the Psi Emitter; thus leading ultimately to their planet's incineration by the Protoss, which would be an understandable reason to be angry at him.

This is the final mission of the Rebel Yell campaign, I hope you enjoyed it.
Will the Former Colonial Militia succeed in fighting their way through Mengsk's Elite Guard and Alpha Squadron's defenses and destroy the Ion Cannon, in order to escape from the reign of terror to be established by the Sons of Korhal?
