Scanning and Reverse Engineering a turbo housing using Kreon Ace Skyline and 3D System's Design X
Sam scans a turbo housing using a Kreon Ace 2.5 m arm and a Skyline Wide 3D Scanner head, showing the versatility and ease of use of the equipment. Afterwards, Sam uses 3D System's Design X to reverse engineer a prismatic model of the turbo housing to a ready to use model, exported via Design X's Live Transfer feature into Solidworks.
