Flying from Cambodia to Hanoi Vietnam with VietJet Air- Budget Airline Experience

On our last day in Cambodia, we booked a hotel-to-airport transfer through Klook. Our pick-up was scheduled for 2:00 PM, and our flight to Hanoi was at 7:00 PM. The ride to the airport took around 45 minutes.

We chose to fly to Hanoi to save time, as we only had a few days to explore the city. Many travelers opt to take a bus or train instead, which is a good option if you’re not in a rush and have more days to spare. We flew with VietJet Air.

Upon arriving in Hanoi, a driver—also booked through Klook—picked us up and drove us to our hotel. Coincidentally, a festival was happening that day, so the area around our hotel was packed. The driver dropped us off nearby, and we decided to walk the rest of the way. Unfortunately, we got a bit lost and had to ask some locals for directions. When we finally found what we thought was our hotel, it turned out to be a different branch!
I called the hotel representative, who came to pick us up. As it turned out, our actual hotel was located above a coffee shop. One of the hotel staff members gave us a quick ride on a motorcycle to the correct branch. Finally, we made it and checked in at Trung’s Old House Quarter.
