TRIP REPORT | Crossing the Atlantic on Air France A350! | Paris to New York | AIR FRANCE Airbus A350

Air France Trip Report flying from Paris to New York onboard one of the newest Air France Airbus A350 on a beautiful early-autumn day.

We started our journey early in the morning at Paris-CDG T2E. After some exploration and planespotting, we boarded the Air France A350 that would take us to New York. The flight was fully booked, even with such an early departure, and there were not many connecting passengers.

We took off from Paris heading to west and we basically followed a straight line into the Atlantic. We overflew the north of Normandie and entered the Atlantic Ocean heading towards Canada. After 4 hours over the pond, we reached Newfoundland. From there, we continued towards Halifax, Boston, and, finally, New York, where we landed ahead of schedule.

About the onboard service, it consisted of a main meal and a pre-landing snack. There were 2 options for the main: chicken or pasta. It was good, but absolutely nothing special. Edible, that's it. The pre-landing snack was the already famous Air France bag with a pastry and a yogurt.
