A video a while in the making due to a laptop failure in the summer and having to retrieve the files from previous hard drives. We can now at last go amongst the bells at Bromley Parish Church (Ss Peter and Paul).
These are a superb Gillett octave which go very well, ropes falling straight off the wheel, and sound amazing too. A wooden clapper shaft was recently installed in the tenor too. During raising and lowering, the tenor somewhat roars its way through the change.
Ringing is taken from a quarter of Yorkshire, followed by call changes and downwards on the back 6.
