Usually that process begins with a conversation about what you are looking to do with your new bike. We might have that initial conversation in the shop or perhaps via email - either way, this time helps us guide you towards the best options for you.

Now that we have a better idea of what you need we’ll proceed to the specifics:

If you are after a cargo bike we’ll get you sorted with a test ride on one of our demo bikes. Whether that is a quickie in the parking lot or a longer weekend test this test ride, this test ride can really help you understand whether a particular bike is for you.

If you are buying a commuter or adventure e-bike, we will get you sorted on a test ride on demos models in the shop.

If you’ve decided you want to purchase a new bikepacking/bike touring/commuter machine from us, we will schedule a time to run you through our bike fitting system. This system allows us to not only order the right sized bike, it also allows us to set it up perfectly for you.
