Donuts!!! Made fresh, mixed by hand, and locally owned. Mr. D's Donut Shop is located at 75th. & Nieman Road in Shawnee, Kansas. It's a local favorite! They're open Tuesday - Sunday (closed on Mondays). Mr. D's Donuts starts making their donuts around 1:00 AM on the weekend, and 2/2:30 AM on weekdays. The donut recipes are the same as they were made over 45 years ago, with the exception of some new frostings and special orders. Local residents have been coming here for decades.
