Kate Middleton Missing Princess Smokescreen or Privacy?

Princess Catherine / Kate Middleton was admitted to hospital for 'planned abdominal surgery' at the start of January - she was released this week after 14 days. She has not been physically sighted since Christmas Day..
An initial request for privacy was respected by this channel but as the weeks have rolled on mystery has grown, with an information vacuum, news blackout and many odd occurrences summarised here at the start of this video.
Where is Kate and how is Kate are unanswered questions - she is expected to be back in public in April, but something is not adding up.

Kates difficulties - both physical and mental are also caused by the pedestal we have put her on - as a mature spiritual audience we need to acknowledge the desire for the fairy tale versus humans with feet of clay like us all.
The Royal family reflect wider family issues seen up and down the country from illness, to infidelity to illness, loss and deceit - like most families they also can come out fighting to protect themselves.
Very clouded and difficult energy to read - I hope that I am largely wrong and I truly mean that.
