In this video, we use an example long call trade on the thinkorswim Desktop platform to explore how options are priced; the factors (Price, Time, Volatility, and Interest Rates) that can cause those prices to change, either up or down; and the help the options Greeks might provide in measuring the potential impact of those factors. Our discussion includes an explanation of Delta, Gamma, Theta, Vega, and Rho. In summary, this is a detailed examination of how options actually make or lose money.

Each of these weekly webcasts is carefully structured to help new option traders along the leverage learning curve.
