Weekly Weigh-In | 550 to Fit (151 lbs lost so far)
Quick check-in this week. Life was insane and the scale read 409 lbs (about a pound up from last week). I’m not panicking—water, sleep, and timing can swing weight a lot, especially at my size. Still, I want better momentum.
I missed the gym more than I wanted (late nights at work + a new side project), cardio was light, and our 5K is next week. Weather looks better, so I’ll aim to beat my time even if I’m not perfectly “ready.”
What’s new? I’m testing Alternate-Day Fasting (ADF)—a stricter rhythm tends to keep me honest versus slowly loosening portions when I only count calories. If you’ve tried ADF or another IF approach, drop your experience below. I’m also thinking about loose skin and keep hearing about fasting + autophagy; I’m not hoping for miracles, just exploring what might help as I continue from 151 lbs down.
