"Ambient Dance"—Lucas North (Richard Armitage), made w/ iMovie '09

Yeah, I'm sort of coming out of my "haitus" (some of you already know about that) and am hitting iMovie again! LOL. Nothing to see here, this is not the most outstanding video! LOL.

I was surfing around YT today and realized that I never made a "full-length" (or fuller-length) version of a Spooks video I started with iMovie 09 and published on my "alternate" account earlier this year. (I'll be posting this video as a "response" to the first one I made.) So I decided that I'd do that now.

iMovie 09 isn't perfect, but it's pretty darn amazing and simple, and I wanted to do something more to pimp iMovie 09 for vidding. This video doesn't really show off iMovie 09's full potential—you can do very sharp and quick timing to your editing (thanks to beat markers), and you can do extended zooms in and out. There's a lot of options for color correction, and some interesting filters and transitions too.

So, this is just a simple Lucas North video, nothing too extraordinary, only I did it in a relatively short amount of time (maybe less than 2 hours) in iMovie 09. Anyone who makes fan videos knows that usually (when you try to edit to the beat of the music and/or lyrics) it can take a while. With iMovie 09, it is a LOT faster. LOVE it, LOVE it, LOVE it.
