Explanation of why Loki kids are at camp:
Blaze goos to a school with demi gods of all kind of mythology’s and there he became a student of Athena, Athena granted him access to camp under the condition he’ll stay in the Athena or Hermes cabin playing either claimed by Athena or playing unclaimed
Chloe just followed her brother one day when he went to camp and so she found camp on accident
