1.Preparing
1)Install the suction pipe to the pump hole, don’t forget the white sealing ring. Put the suction pipe into the liquid(water/paint/thinner) bucket.
2)Install spray gun. Tilt the spray gun into the spray gun holder. Spray gun shall be installed in the middle position.
3)Add gasoline to gasoline engine.
4)Before starting machine, ensure put the suction pipe into the liquid(water/paint/thinner) bucket first. If start gasoline engine when suction pipe is exposed in air, the diaphragm pump will stop working.

2.Operation Steps
This is backflow valve, paint will backflow into bucket from the white backflow pipe. Before start gasoline engine, turn counterclockwise to open backflow valve. The other is pressure regulator valve, Rotate the pressure regulator clockwise will increase the pressure,Rotate the pressure regulator counterclockwise will reduce the pressure.
1)Start gasoline engine.
Press gasoline engine switch to “On”, close chock first, pull the gasoline rope to start gasoline engine. After the gasoline engine is running, open the chock.
2)Observe the white backflow pipe, paint will flow into the paint bucket. When there’s no bubbles from the white backflow pipe, we can rotate clockwise to close the backflow valve. Pressure will increase, working pressure is 12Mpa as usual. Don’t need to adjust pressure when you receive machine.
3)How to adjust pressure.
①Rotate the pressure regulator clockwise will increase the pressure.
②Rotate counterclockwise to open backflow valve first, rotate pressure regulator counterclockwise, then rotate the backflow valve clockwise, then working pressure will reduce.
4)Adjust directions. The right handle control walking directions.
5)Left handle control spray gun.
Push the cold paint road marking machine to line striping construction site. Align the guide pointer with the pre-marking line. Press spray gun one time, and mark one line, measure the line width. Press the spray gun down to reduce line width, raise the spray gun to increase line width. Adjust the spray gun hanger position, to adjust the spray gun position. The edge of line shall be aligned with the pre-marking line. Fix the spray gun hanger screws.
6)Marking lines.
Then you can push the machine walking straight, and spray cold paint road marking lines.
7)After work, open backflow valve and turn off the gasoline engine.

3.Clean Steps
1)After turn off the gasoline engine, put the suction pipe into thinner bucket. The thinner shall be enough, and cover the suction pipe. Thinner shall be as higher as my finger position. Loosen the spray gun.
2)The following steps are almost the same as marking steps.
① Open backflow valve, start gasoline engine.
② When Backflow is normal, reduce the working pressure. Rotate the pressure regulator valve counterclockwise, to reduce the working pressure. Rotate backflow valve clockwise to close backflow valve. The cleaning working pressure shall be 2Mpa.
③ Set the spray nozzle to clean mode.
④ Put the spray gun on the paint bucket, and press the spray gun, spray the remaining paint from the pipe into the paint bucket. When the thinner flow out the pipe, put spray gun on the thinner bucket. Keep spraying and circulate the thinner through the machine. When the liquid is clear, means machine is clean completely.
⑤ Open the backflow valve, turn off the gasoline engine, put the suction pipe into water and repeat the clean steps again. After the machine clean completely, open backflow valve and turn off the machine.

4.Maintenance
1)If impurities plug up the spray nozzle, set the spray nozzle to clean mode. Press the spray gun, the impurities will be flowed out.
2)If the pump don’t suck paint, please discharge the air.
① Turn off the gasoline engine first, and then loosen the suction pipe.
② Loosen pressure regulator to black sealing ring position, like the video.
③ Take some clean water or thinner.
④ Open backflow valve, start gasoline engine again.
⑤ Drop water/thinner into the pump hole. Use a clean tool to push the ball inside the pump hole, when the pump suck water normally, that means the air is discharged.
⑥ Turn off the gasoline engine.
⑦ Rotate the pressure regulator clockwise and close the pressure regulator. Install the suction pipe again.
3) When you marking lines, if the pressure drops fast, add some thinner into the paint bucket and stir them completely.
4) After work for a period of time, clean the gasoline engine air filter. Remove the air filter, wash it clearly, when it dry, then install it again.
