2 TBSP Light Soy Sauce
1 TSP Dark Soy Sauce (Mushroom Flavour)
1/2 TSP Salt
Pepper to taste
2 TBSP Cornstarch
1 TBSP Oil
1 TSP Toasted Sesame Oil
4 Potatoes (Medium)
