Benign fasciculation syndrome and muscle twitching (an update)

In 2016 I discussed BFS on the channel and it's time for an update.

Whilst the science has not really progressed much further, my clinical experience with people who have it certainly has. I'd like to share with you further insights I've developed over time.

It's ended up being quite a long video, but I hope that I'll be able to reassure the vast majority of you who are affected by this.

NB I hope that you'll all understand that I simply can't address individual queries / circumstances. It's worth re-iterating that there are many potential causes of twitching (which only increase as people get older), and most of cases are not going to be MND. If you are older and concerned, get yourself checked out (as many of you visiting this video already have). For those already given specialist reassurance, take it, it's probably the most important step in managing it and moving forwards.
