Sewing a Hoop Skirt for My Wedding Gown || Truly Victorian TV103 1865 Elliptical Cage Crinoline

This sewing video is about making my 19th Century Hoop Skirt using the Truly Victorian pattern TV103 1865 Elliptical Cage Crinoline.
