While filming The Passion of the Christ (2004), Jim Caviezel endured extreme suffering:
⚡ Struck by lightning
🥩 Lost 45 lbs (20.5 kg)
⛓️ Whipped twice, leaving a 14-inch scar
💥 Dislocated shoulder carrying the cross
🌬️ Suffered pneumonia & hypothermia
💔 Required 2 heart surgeries after filming

The crucifixion scene alone took 5 weeks.
