It's quick becuase it's basically made in one pan. It's easy because it's similar to a lot of Japanese Western dishes, it's a simplified version of the original. But, believe me, that doesn't stop it being absolutely delicious! I hope you try it out!

💡Check the macaroni is cooked aldente before transfering into an oven proof dish. If not, add a little water at times and continue stirring over medium heat until the pasta is almost cooked.
