私は天然砥石を使っていますが、人工砥石でも天然砥石でも同じです。
The whetstones is firmly fixed.
When sharpening a leather knife, this way of gripping the leather knife will increase the sense of stability.
I use a natural whetstone, but it's the same for both artificial and natural whetstones.
