I purchased this as a birthday gift for myself on https://meccha-japan.com/en/, it was 41$ + shipping. This is a newer version of Sumikko Friends which only includes 2 pets (the dino and polar bear), this one includes the kitty as well! I can't read Japanese, but it was sort of intuitive if you've played other virtual pets. Also, sorry for the weird orientation of the video... I'm still learning.
