Adil Hussain Thoker S/O Wali Mohammad Thoker R/O Guree Bijbehara was born at his native village Guree Bijbehara in year 1992. During the course of investigation, it came to fore that the said missing individual has managed to join Militant ranks and reportedly he has ex-filtrated to POK on VTD for illegal arms training on 27.04.2018 via Atari Border for obtaining illegal Arms/Ammunition trainings. However, during year 2021 the terrorist reportedly infiltrated to valley and remained PTM of HM outfit in Kulgam and Shopian areas. As per the new assessment/discreet verifications the said terrorist has again ex-filtrated to PAK/POK after few months in the same year and is still there. However, facts with regard to his ex-filtration to POK are being ascertained.

Sources: In a major revelation, sources confirm that five senior terrorist commanders were the masterminds behind the Pahalgam attack, acting under orders from Lashkar deputy chief Saifullah Kasuri and guided by Pakistan’s Army and ISI. The masterminds include Abu Musa, Mohammad Nawaz, Abdul Raffa Rasool, Abdullah Khalid, and Idris Shaheen.
Kasuri, who vowed in February to turn Kashmir into an Islamic nation by 2026, held multiple planning meetings in Kasur, Khambal, Mirpur, and Rawalakot in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). By late March, they finalized Pahalgam as the target, setting the attack date for April 22.

Wullar Barrage which was never allowed to be completed, faced a terror attack in 2012 by Pakistan to disrupt the project.
India had proposed to build the barrage in 1984 on the River Jhelum, at the mouth of Wullar Lake at Sopore. The barrage was expected to be 439-feet long and 40-feet wide, and would have a maximum storage capacity of 0.30 million acres feet of water. Pakistan objected the construction of Wullar Barrage as a violation of the 1960 Indus Waters Treaty.
India wants the barrage as it would make the river navigable, Pakistan said controlled flow of water to the Jhelum can harm parts of Pakistan.
