I ABANDONED my 73 Maverick for 5 years - Will it start? (Or Stop?)

I bought the CHEAPEST Ford Maverick in the USA! I then ABANDONED my barn find project car for FIVE YEARS. Later I did an ASMR FOAM CANNON wash which was SO SATISFYING, then I PARKED it next to my ONE OWNER Volkswagen an FIXED it for FREE!

Ok...I didn't actually abandon my 1973 Ford Maverick anywhere, unless you count parking it on a lift in a shop (which most YouTubers do). And it was only free if youre a student of Bolian economics In this video I bring my Maverick home for the first time since completing my garage, and get straight to work fixing its most pressing issues.

With a brand new flywheel, we begin our new adventure with a catch-up and thorough cleaning on this classic project car, then we move on by replacing the starter. We end our adventure with a full rebuild of the rear brakes and end the video discovering an unfortunate failure.

5 years ago, I put this car in storage because I lacked the skills, tools and experience to get it on the road. Has any of that changed? Probably not, but there's only one way to find out!
