This lamp is branded "Acelux Holland" which is a company that both has nothing to do with the Netherlands and has no internet presence that I can find. This could be a Chinese lamp, but other good contenders are India and Pakistan, both of which have lampworks that make these low grade lamps for their domestic markets as well as for export to elsewhere in the third world. Wherever the intended market for these is, English fluency is not common as the multiple typos do not inspire confidence.
