In this episode, you will get a direct comparison between the long-standing "king" of juicers - the hydraulic press style juicer. The Pure Juicer is an improved 2 step Norwalk style juicer that you first grind at 3450 rpm and then press out the juice mash in a press cloth or press bag.

The Green Star Elite is a single step twin gear slow juicer that runs at a low 110 rpms that work in a single step - simply put the produce into the machine, and the machine will crush and squeeze out the juice that comes out the bottom of the juicer, and the pulp is ejected out of the front of the juicer.
