Whether you're looking for a secret Santa Present for your friends ?
« Mandarin Liqueur » is very easy made
by the juice of mandarins, different spices and neutral alcohol.
👉🏼 Ingredients for the production of 3 bottles:
20 mandarins (1000ml of juice)
2 lemons
lemon & mandarin peel
300g of sugar
500ml of white Rum
2 stick of cinnamon
6 cloves
4 seed of cardamom
👉🏼 PREPERATION:
Wash 2 mandarins and 2 lemons hot and rub dry. Then peel off the peel of washed fruits with a peeler. Squeeze out all other mandarins and lemons.
Put the juice (about 1000 ml) with the citrus peels, the spices and the sugar in a pot.
Cook for a good 10 minutes over medium heat. Then allow cooling to room temperature. Pour the juice mix through a fine sieve and mix with the rum. Finally, fill the homemade liqueur in hot rinsed bottles.
Info: Store in the refrigerator. Up to 10 – 12 weeks!
