Strategy

Aqua actually gets the toughest #2 boss out of the three IMO. Mostly his spinning attack will OHKO you on Critical Mode rather easily. So you don't want to try comboing it unsafely. Fortunately the boss leaves pretty big openings, one obvious, one not as much.

The best method to this fight is to wait for the Coach to spin attack at you. Guarding this gives you a Turnover command. Use it, and the Coach falls down and is open to a good combo or two. Remember, Aqua excels in magic, not strength. Regular keyblade combos are much weaker for her than her magic attacks (Command Styles don't apply to this that much).

It may do a two hit combo with its arms, just Guard or space away. The more annoying move it has is when it throws out 3 of those smaller enemies. These will attack you when you get close to them. They are slow to move, but still you need to keep a keen eye out for them. Don't bother killing them, it's not worth the time and turning your back to the Coach.

The Coach also has a jumping move where it will jump around you, causing shockwaves. If you Guard these, it lets you do the Turnover command as well. It's Cartwheelable, but why not get the free combos?

After you do more damage, it'll start doing a vacuum type move to suck you in. It doesn't do much damage if you button mash X to get out, but it's better to avoid it. This is the second time the Coach is wide open to attacks. Simply go behind him during this with Cartwheels and combo as much as you want until he stops the move. He repeats this about 3 times before giving up.

Lastly, watch out for some weird fire bomb spam move. It jumps in the air and spams the fire missile bomb things towards your current position. It's actually a little tricky to avoid, so hopefully it won't use it, but Cartwheel spam is the best dodging option.

As with the other two stories, the #2 boss has a fixed part of HP where it will auto counter you. This is just a little less than 1 HP bar. Be aware of this if you don't want to take damage. I'm 90% sure it's a fixed auto counter and not because I did too much damage (The second one probably was because I did too much damage too fast, though).

Keep up with punishing of the bosses two wide open situations and you got this. Just be careful not to lock into a move when it does the spinning attack.

FAQ

Q: What's CM?
A: Critical Mode, it's the hardest difficulty. You deal less damage, take more damage, get less HP, but start off with more Command Slots.

Q: Hey, at the end of some fights you don't have full HP! Doesn't that mean you got hit at some point?
A: Some boss fights give HP Bonus as a reward. This increases your HP instantly, and your HP does not fill up. It's easy to notice this just by simply re-watching the end of the fight.

Q: Why not LV1?
A: Don't feel like it. The LV1 fights in this game take much longer than in KH2FM, and most people probably don't want to watch fights that take 10+ minutes. Also, it's not as hard as in KH2FM because you can earn the Second Chance/Once More abilities at LV1 as well as all abilities, so it's almost identical to a low level CM run (what I'm doing), only that you deal much less damage at LV1 unlike in KH2FM.

Q: How come you sometimes don't get hit during moves.
A: Certain moves give you invincibility frames until they finish, such as Finish Commands and Shotlocks. However, you're wide open afterwards.
