In my last video I demonstrated how to use midi more effectively with Bram Bos’ Ruismaker Noir. Unfortunately, I could only prove that this worked in Cubasis 2. I can now confirm that it also works in Cubasis 3 I wanted to be able to use it in a more flexible way that would better lend itself to structured songwriting by utilising midi. This would involve recording midi from noir and then using that midi to trigger noir. I really liked the groove I came up with, so here’s video 2 - laying down some Cigar Box Guitar, using the PSA1000 Jnr from Nembrini as a pre-amp.
