Traditional Hong Kong style cafes, or cha chaan teng, are ubiquitous in Hong Kong, being found on almost every street corner. In this episode, we venture to one of the most famous, Cheung Hing Coffee Shop (祥興咖啡室) in Happy Valley, and try Hong Kong milk tea, pineapple buns and satay beef noodles to see if this historical cafe lives up to its stellar reputation.
