Our biggest fail: St. Lucia - turtles in Cape Vidal | South Africa | Expedition Wild continues

When you travel sometimes things turn out terribly wrong. This happend in the video. As everybody is raving about Santa Lucia in South Africa (especially the locals do), we thought we give this region a try. And first we were shocked to see that St. Lucia is a really tourist hot spot, at least in main season which still was. It was too noisy and to full to find hippos in the street. So we quickly left after a night to the iSimangaliso Wetland Park. We thought it might be better to stay in Cape Vidal in a cabin overnight and visit the famous leatherback turtles from there. It was currently season for the turtles to come on the shore to lay eggs. How wrong we were. We just kumped into our on eof our biggest planning fails ever! On the expedition Wild through South Africa the spirits were low.
