Ingredients
Raw Papaya
5 spoon Jowar aata
1/2 tsp salt
Water
oil
pizza sauce
chopped onions
corn
chopped capsicum
grated cheese
Black olive
Oregano
Chilli Flakes
Procedure
Take a raw papaya and peel it. Then, grate it. After that, add 5 tablespoons of sorghum flour (jowar ka ata), ½ teaspoon of salt, and water into this grated papaya. We want the batter to have a consistency that's neither too runny nor too thick.
Next take a tava and grease it with oil. Then, pour the batter onto the pan and use hands to flatten it. Cook it until it turns golden brown on one side, and flip it over to cook the other side thoroughly.
On top of this, spread pizza sauce, chopped onions, corn, chopped capsicum (you can choose your favorite veggies), grated cheese, and black olives. Cover it with a lid and cook it until the cheese melts. Finally, sprinkle oregano and chili flakes on top. Finally our delicious gluten-free millet pizza is ready!
