Elena fears Oliver isn't over his ex, Felicity. And after everything Elena's heard about her, she can't really blame him, she seems perfect. She might even be in love with Felicity herself...or it might be all in her head.

I just really wanted to make something with this song and since I love seeing Elena pine over Oliver....this happened.
It looked a lot better before I left for vacation and when I came back I realized it wasn't all that great but my manips are getting better and I took more time and chances with them since there are a few in here so I guess it's ok.
