Shimming the swingarm side play on an SC1000S - same as all other Ducati models with the bearings in the engine cases - Monster (pre 2014 at least), SS, ST, SC, GT. Not sure about Scramblers.
They all have a 1.8mm shim / washer either side of the cases, and I add the thinner shims on the RH side as required. 85210021A are 0.20mm thick, 85211351A are 1.00mm thick
The SBK models 916 onwards, MTS and HM all have the swingarm pivot bearings in the swingarm, and I don't know that there's any shimming in them at all. Really don't know now off the top of my head.
Shot on the run with my iPhone as the GoPro was dead and it needed to happen NOW, as it is when you're working through a job. The first part is free hand, so the quality's not what it could be.
Anyhoo - hope it's of use.

If you wish to ask a question about this video, please start with specific info about what you're asking. Model and year at the very least. If you make me guess, I'll not bother.
I do Ducati only, so no point asking a Honda question.
Please don't ask irrelevant questions if you want a response. If you have a tech question on a different topic, email me.
