Mystical Experiences & Awakening: Gift, Trap, or Both?

Not everyone is mystically wired, and that’s perfectly okay. Awakening doesn’t depend on mystical experiences, yet for some, dreams and unseen guidance can play a powerful role in opening the heart to trust, surrender, and deeper letting go.

In this video, I reflect on how mystical experiences, moments of grace, and direct inner teachings have shaped my path. Mystical experience can be a profound gift, but it also carries a subtle danger if we become attached to the extraordinary. The real invitation is to stay grounded in presence, open to mystery, and be willing to be transformed. Ultimately, awakening is not an experience to grasp. It’s a deeper understanding that allows us to stand firmly on our own two feet, all while feeling the loving support of life’s deeper intelligence.

~ I forgot to add that if you sincerely ask for a sign that the Divine is there for you, ask for it sincerely! And pay attention to your dreams, etc. You may be happily surprised at the response.
