Exterior details include a pre-TR3A-style narrow grille opening as well as a louvered hood, a fresh-air cowl vent, a chrome front bumper and rear bumperettes, quarter-panel stone guards, wind wings, a deck-mounted gas-filler cap, and cut-away doors.

Minilite-style 15″ SCP knock-off alloy wheels are mounted with 215-series Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires. The car was factory equipped with a coil-sprung independent front suspension and a semi-elliptic leaf-spring rear suspension. Braking is provided by front discs and rear drums.

A banjo-style steering wheel features a top-mounted trafficator switch and fronts a Jaeger 120-mph speedometer and a 6k-rpm tachometer. Auxiliary gauges for oil pressure, fuel level, coolant temperature, and amperage are positioned at the center of the dashboard, and a Bosch gauge for coolant temperature has been installed below the tachometer. The 2.0-liter inline-four is equipped with twin SU carburetors.
