Lawyer Duncan Okatch during cross examination hard pressed the Equity boss to explain why he endorsed a loan to buy a property he was interested in. Mwangi had earlier denied his involved on the matter.
Mwangi's lawyers opposed Maestro from relying on the loans letter of offer endorsed by Dr Mwangi.
“You endorsed a loan for a company which is also claiming the same property as your company- Muthaiga Luxury Homes,” Okatchi asked the lead lender.
