Let's reuse what we've learned at the Scoop and Open and just do a simple change. This time instead of just opening the arms, we're going to lift and throw the veils over at the front. Check out this video to see how to do this. For the combination practice, we will reuse the combinations learned at the Scoop and Open for this. Please watch till the end, as we will have a bonus combinations in which, we apply both Scoop and Open with Scoop and Throw alternatively in the same sets of combinations.
