VW GOLF REBUILD: AXLES, WELDING and SOLVING MECHANICAL PUZZLES

After 5 months, I’m back with a major update on VW Golf rebuild! In this video, I tackle some of the biggest challenges I’ve faced so far, including welding, taking off axles and suspension, bending brake lines, changing roof liner, restoring the car's bottom inside and out, painting the engine bay, and putting the axles back on. This project has been full of unexpected mechanical puzzles, but I've learned a lot along the way. 🙌

POLISHING STEPS:
Started with nilon and wire brush. On tight spots I used mini sanding machine.
Then with machine and hand: papers 80, 120, 240, 360, 400, 500, 600,
wet sanding by hand 800, 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000.
Polishing with metal polish. The mirror result is coming at the very end when you wipe off the polishing pasta with cloth.
